John Galt provides invaluable leadership and guidance to the executive team at GreenHouse, which he founded with Russ Earnshaw as an organization focused on providing green building solutions for homeowners. Under his stewardship, using his experience developing and operating international corporations, GreenHouse became the global solutions provider it is today.
John honed his management and business acquisition talents in the real estate industry, ultimately serving as a developer and green builder at his company, Galt Corporation.
Sean Entin is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies at GreenHouse to support the deployment of its eco-friendly products and services. He is the founder of several companies in the entertainment space, including Zen Management, a film, distribution and commercial media company.
Sean played an integral role in the development of Los Angeles Center Studio, spearheading the effort to raise capital for the multi-use office and production facility that has revitalized the west side of downtown L.A. He began his entrepreneurial adventures as a student at the University of Southern California, where he pursued a bachelor of arts degree in entrepreneurship/business administration.
Russ Earnshaw is responsible for overseeing operations at GreenHouse, which he co-founded with John Galt. He has successfully started and financed several firms throughout his career, and served as president of R Squared Contracting & Construction Management and Real Estate Development.
A licensed general contractor, Russ’s experience includes developing planned residential communities and commercial developments as well as working in the custom home field. He has a bachelor of science degree from Colorado State University.
Jon Sheinberg heads the implementation and marketing initiatives of innovative green technology at GreenHouse, promoting them within numerous government agencies. He’s been expanding GreenHouse initiatives with prominent leaders in business, technology, and the government, including the House Energy and Commerce Committee.
Jon is an active environmentalist who sits on the Board of Directors of the Environmental Media Association (EMA) and is the environmental director for The San Jacinto Mountain Park Authority. He’s also a highly respected film producer with unparalleled Hollywood relationships and a member of the distinguished Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences. Jon specializes in building cross-functional and strategic partnerships within government agencies and Hollywood studios, and also produces “green” carpet events such as The EFuel100 unveiling, FTL Solar Earth Day, The EMA Awards, The California Governor’s Global Climate Summit, The Oceana Event, The Women’s Conference hosted by Maria Shriver, and Universal's Earth Day Event. He’s successfully launched many innovative technologies and green clients, including EFuel100, FTL Solar, Pure Power Distribution, ZAP Electric, and Green Core technology.
Chris Ursitti seeks out business development opportunities for GreenHouse by creating strategies that helped him earn a reputation as a visionary and an executive who generates substantial ROI for investors. For example, he was instrumental in bringing the EFuel MicroFueler to GreenHouse.
As the managing partner of the Los Angeles Center Studio, Chris was instrumental in revitalizing downtown L.A.’s west side by using green building standards to repurpose the UNOCAL building into a multi-million dollar multi-use facility. He also has executive experience at the Hollywood Location Co., and he developed multi-million dollar homes for celebrities and other high net worth clients as a high-end residential real estate developer. He is particularly skilled at leveraging business opportunities and developing alliances and partnerships.
Chris is on the Board of Directors of Opportunity Green and the Calvary Christian School Foundation. He is a graduate of Westminster College, from which he’s been nominated to receive a lifetime alumni achievement award.
