David Beitchman

David P. Beitchman, the managing partner of Beitchman & Zekian, PC, a five-attorney, service-oriented boutique law firm based in Encino, California. He’s worked closely with the officers and directors of R Squared Contracting and Emissary Capital to orchestrate capital raises and PIPE financing, and also plays a key role in negotiating with third parties on GreenHouse’s behalf, including negotiating and finalizing the EFuel distribution agreement. 

During the last decade, David has represented businesses ranging from small, family entities to multinational corporations. His firm has participated in raise efforts and capital structuring for all its business clients, and handles all their corporate needs, including all aspects of formation, contract negotiation, due diligence, business structuring, protection of corporate intellectual property, and investment documentation. David has worked closely with counterparts in Dubai, the United Kingdom, Japan, and other overseas locations on behalf of clients to structure licensing ventures, capital raises, and ongoing operations.
