Evan Grant

Evan Grant brings more than 15 years of experience as a general contractor and project manager to the partnership between the company he founded, Smart Energy Management, and GreenHouse. He is responsible for marketing energy-efficient products and services to the commercial marketplace, combining the business model he used successfully to provide cost-effective lighting retrofits and equipment upgrades in commercial and industrial spaces in New York and New Jersey with GreenHouse’s state-of-the-art operations capacity, to develop and serve new markets throughout the Southwest. 
 
Evan previously founded and served as CEO of ADN Construction Group, a New York-based general contracting firm that’s completed over $65 million in build-outs for landlords such as SL Green Realty Corp., SITT Asset Management, Swig Equities, and Murray Hill Properties. He was also involved in the construction of Milliken & Companies LEED-CI Gold Certified New York showroom. Evan is a graduate of New York University.
