Neil Moffatt

Neil Moffatt is responsible for developing the commercial side of GreenHouse’s business, convincing building owners of the value—both globally and to their own bottom line—of retrofitting their properties to be more green. He has the perfect pedigree for this role, given that he was a retrofitting pioneer and is considered a powerhouse in that field.

Neil founded Software Business Solutions, offering proprietary cutting-edge software to the home improvement industry to help companies triple their business and lower their overhead without hiring more employees. His next venture was a company that provided retrofitting materials for large-scale residential and commercial developments interested in energy-efficiency and sustainability applications. Neil graduated from Boston’s Northeastern University.
