Robert Cortes

Robert Cortes has the critical responsibility of procuring feedstock agreements and overseeing the logistics of delivery and distribution. A consummate business professional and passionate restauranteur, he brings a wealth of experience and wisdom dealing with beverage manufacturers after opening and managing several restaurants, most notably Jackie’s Kitchen, a celebrity restaurant in Honolulu, with longtime friend Jackie Chan.

Robert developed his concern for the environment and drive to promote change during his travels to Japan, where he hiked a 1,200-year-old Buddhist pilgrimage around the island of Shikoku. Later, he earned his Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design Accredited Professional (LEED AP) certification from the U.S. Green Building Council.
